This website and the brand **The Future Shop** are owned and operated by **M/s Rabbit Enterprise**, a business enterprise registered in India (GSTIN 06BCWPV2949A1Z5), having its registered office at H.No. 475, Near Geeta Law College, V.P.O Karhans, Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana – 132101.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Product photographs are for representation only, and the actual product may differ slightly in colour, shade, packaging or minor design details due to photography, screen settings and batch variation.

- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
- Prices, offers and discounts may change without prior notice
- Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will inform you and refund the amount in full

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in full or in part, including where there is an error in price or product description, where the product is out of stock, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If an order is declined after payment, the full amount is refunded.

Online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or net banking credentials. Payment must be received in full before dispatch, except in the case of Cash on Delivery orders.

### 6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery of your order is governed by our **Shipping Policy**, and cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our **Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy**. Both form part of these Terms.

- Protective gloves will be used where the label advises it, and the area will be kept ventilated during and after application

- In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, or accidental ingestion, medical advice must be sought immediately and the product label shown to the doctor

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, discolouration, injury or adverse effect arising from misuse, over-application, incorrect storage, or use contrary to the instructions on the label.
